We are a participating provider for Delta Dental Premier and many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.  We also accept many other dental insurance plans, however, you may want to check your policy for out of network benefits if you don't have Delta Dental Premier or BCBS.   For the portion of the treatment that is not covered by your insurance, we accept the following methods of payment:
